LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Clark County has trimmed more than 250 trees in an effort to improve roadway safety, officials said. The county identified 269 problematic plants that were obstructing traffic signals near schools, including Hyde Park Middle School, and removed them to restore visibility of signs such as the “No U-turn Sign.” The Clark County Office of Traffic Safety released a 30‑day update on Tuesday detailing the ongoing work.
