Vondrousova, 26, was charged by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) aft denying a doping power serviceman introduction to her location to behaviour the trial successful December 2025.
The Czech subordinate said successful April she feared for her information erstwhile the serviceman called and said they failed to travel "protocol".
But a tribunal determined Vondrousova, who became the archetypal unseeded subordinate to win the Wimbledon women's singles rubric successful 2023, provided "no compelling justification" for refusing a test.
