Full schedule released for PWHL Las Vegas’ inaugural season

PWHL Las Vegas released its full 30-game schedule Friday for the 2026-27 inaugural season, which opens Dec. 6 against fellow expansion team PWHL Detroit at T-Mobile Arena. Most of the 15 home dates will be played at T-Mobile Arena, though the season finale on April 13 against Detroit is set for Lee's Family Forum. Two games — Jan. 16 versus Seattle and March 21 versus Vancouver — are designated as Takeover Tour contests at neutral sites still to be announced. The team's longest road trip spans four games from Feb. 26 at Detroit through March 19 at Toronto.

The schedule reflects the league's expansion to 12 teams and a new two-conference format. Las Vegas joins Detroit, Minnesota, San Jose, Seattle and Vancouver in the Western Conference, while Boston, New York, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Hamilton make up the East. Each team will play 30 games — 18 within its conference and 12 interconference — up from 24 games last season. The top four teams in each conference qualify for playoffs, which now open with a best-of-five quarterfinal round. The regular season runs Dec. 5 through April 18 and includes the league's first All-Star event March 7 in Toronto.

On Thursday, the team unveiled its inaugural-season home and away jerseys featuring "VEGAS" stitched diagonally across the front in a green, gold and navy palette inspired by the Southern Nevada desert. The team does not yet have a name or logo; both are expected before training camp opens Nov. 18 and will appear on uniforms starting in 2027-28. Forward Hayley Scamurra said she loves the jerseys and "cannot wait to represent the Vegas community with these jerseys!" Home jerseys go on sale the week of opening weekend, with single-game tickets available starting Oct. 9.
