Tickets for the Tyson Fury versus Anthony Joshua showdown at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium sold out in just one hour after going on sale. The bout is scheduled to begin on 11 December, with the actual fight expected to take place in the early hours of 12 December.
The highest‑priced tickets were listed at £13,128, inclusive of booking fees, while the lowest‑cost tickets were available for £88.50. The all‑British heavyweight contest, which will be streamed globally on Netflix, was announced in September. Approximately 80,000 tickets were released for purchase at 12:00 BST on Friday.
Within minutes of the sale opening, more than 500,000 people were waiting in the online queue. Shortly thereafter, tickets began appearing on resale platforms, with ringside VIP seats advertised for £73,645 and upper‑tier seats offered at £425.
Ringwalks are anticipated to start around 01:00 GMT on Saturday 12 December, following a brief live music performance, and the stadium will remain open until 03:30. The event is being promoted as a partnership between Saudi boxing powerbroker Turki Alalshikh’s The Ring and UFC president Dana White. Organisers have not yet confirmed any undercard bouts.
