Guardiola set to attend Man City's first home game since guilty verdict
Pep Guardiola is expected to attend Manchester City's Champions League match against Paris Saint‑Germain next week – the club's first home fixture since it was found guilty of the bulk of the 115 charges brought by the Premier League.
It will be the first time the Spaniard has returned to the Etihad Stadium since he departed the club at the end of the previous season after a decade as manager.
Earlier this month an independent panel found City guilty of each charge relating to breaches of the Premier League's financial regulations between the 2009‑10 and 2017‑18 seasons.
City continues to deny any wrongdoing and has lodged an appeal against the Premier League's report, which stated the club falsely inflated commercial revenues by £830 million through "sham" contracts.
