How iPhone users can file to get up to $95 from a $250M settlement

Apple denied the accusations but agreed in May to settle a series of class‑action lawsuits filed in a Northern California federal court. The suits alleged that the Cupertino‑based smartphone maker violated consumer‑protection laws by falsely advertising that certain iPhones included enhancements to its virtual assistant, Siri, thereby inducing buyers to overpay for newer devices. Although Apple has been characterized as lagging in the AI race, the company has increased its investment in the technology.
