LETTER: Honoring a fallen soldier

On the tarmac, one service member was being prepared for the final leg of his journey home. The scene was both tragic and beautiful; onlookers paused to honor a soldier who gave everything for his state and the freedom of the nation. "I am truly proud of each American who halted their travels to pay respects to our fallen soldier. I am truly proud of America," she wrote.
