They had drifted for more than 16 hours at sea after their jet skis overturned, said Amorn Chomchoey, an official with the local authorities. "We recovered the exhausted after swallowing a lot of seawater," he told the agency, adding "they were pale, particularly the boys". The family was taken to hospital for examination following the rescue and was released shortly thereafter, Chomchoey said.
