Parents of a child injured in the Southport attack say they are "devastated" after tribunal files were accessed without authorization. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) confirmed an urgent probe has been launched after tribunal files detailing victims, their families and survivors of the attack connected the creation people successful in July 2024 were accessed without authorization.
