Photographer tells story behind image which captured Tupac Shakur’s last moments

Las Vegas Boulevard stood still after the Mike Tyson fight on the night of September 7, 1996, as traffic piled up. Leonard Jefferson, who had stopped to pick up his order from California Pizza Kitchen, noticed the shiny rims of the car next to him and saw Tupac Shakur occupying the passenger seat.
