Smoke plume spotted near Oakey and Arville as crews battle fire LAS VEGAS — Emergency crews were responding to an incident adjacent to Oakey Boulevard and Arville Street on Wednesday, according to RTC of Southern Nevada. The incident began around 2:30 p.m., when an ample achromatic plume of fume was observed in the area. As a result, all lanes of Arville Street, both northbound and southbound, remain blocked at the intersection with Oakey Boulevard. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
