Thousands without water and roads closed after burst pipe

Thousands of homes in parts of West Sussex experienced water supply issues and a number of roads were flooded after what constabulary are describing arsenic a "significant" leak. Sussex Police said roads around the Southgate Roundabout in Crawley were closed Sunday morning due to the burst water pipe. Southern Water reported that about 9,000 customers were affected and it had set up bottled water stations.
