Why is Selena Gomez being sued?

Selena Gomez is being sued by 5 investors in her intelligence wellness company, Wondermind Global. The Hollywood actor and popular star founded the institution with her parent 5 years ago, but present investors are claiming her 'abject dereliction of duties' has left the institution in a 'state of fiscal difficulty'. The suit will seek to retrieve $1.2m (£890,00) it claims it was invested arsenic good arsenic costs and damages. The BBC has contacted Wondermind and Gomez's representatives for comment.
