Boomer’s Sportsbook continues its rapid expansion across Nevada. At the Nevada Gaming Commission meeting on Thursday, Boomer’s Sports Book LLC received unanimous approval for licenses at two downtown Las Vegas casino properties—Four Queens and Binion’s Gambling Hall, designated as the 15th and 16th sportsbooks in the state. Although a 17th location has temporarily closed, Joe Asher said the company expects to operate 20 Boomer’s‑branded books by year’s end. The package also granted key enforcement and key worker licensing to Andy Meese, senior vice president and general manager of Park MGM LLC; key enforcement licensing to Robert Amerine, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Wynn Las Vegas LLC; and key enforcement licensing to Michelle Ruffin‑Stein, vice president of Circus Circus LV LLC. The Circa refinancing consists of a $290 million senior secured credit facility, comprising a $190 million revolving credit line and a $100 million term loan.
