Hillary Ann Williams, 34, of Boulder City, and Milan Bhupendra Thakkar, 49, of Las Vegas, were booked at the Clark County Detention Center last week.

A Boulder City woman and a Las Vegas man have been charged in connection with the alleged theft of more than $300,000 from a Southern Nevada senior citizen. Hillary Ann Williams, 34, of Boulder City, and Milan Bhupendra Thakkar, 49, of Las Vegas, were booked into the Clark County Detention Center last week. Williams faces a charge of theft of $100,000 or more and exploitation of an older individual, while Thakkar is charged with theft of $100,000 or greater. According to court records, dozens of forgery counts against the two were dismissed by Clark County prosecutors. A Metropolitan Police Department arrest report indicates that a third person was investigated in the case, but police records show no additional arrests or charges as of Tuesday morning. Police said investigators were first contacted by the elderly victim on August 4, 2025. The victim reported discovering numerous fraudulent checks and currency withdrawals drawn from his Charles Schwab and Citibank accounts between May 2024 and August 2025 without his authorization or knowledge. The report states that Williams is suspected of taking $122,725 from the man, and Thakkar is accused of taking $188,702. Williams was described as a former employee and tenant of the victim who had worked on his property and cared for his animals. The victim said he had met Thakkar only once, when Thakkar assisted with setting up internet service at the residence. Thakkar posted a $100,000 bail, court records show, but remained in custody as of Tuesday afternoon. Williams also remained in custody.
