The president should look forward to November, not back to 2020.

Bill Minarik Las Vegas July 29, 2026 – 9:01 p.m. Both the outlet’s editorial and letters from readers have questioned the validity of President Donald Trump’s continued claim that fraud determined the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Even the 100,000 mail‑in ballots that were disqualified in California during the 2020 contest represented less than 1 percent of the total votes cast in the state. It is time for the president to cease speculating about 2020 and turn his attention to the 2026 midterms if he hopes the incoming Congress will be supportive of his agenda. The Republican Party has performed well in recent midterm elections and will need every possible ballot to sustain that momentum this November.
