Motorcyclist involved in weekend crash in Henderson dies

September 2, 2026 - 4:12 pm A motorcyclist died Monday after a two‑vehicle collision Saturday afternoon in Henderson. The crash occurred just after 4 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of North Green Valley and Wigwam parkways, according to a Henderson Police Department release. Police said the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on Green Valley at a high rate of speed when the driver of a Ford Explorer SUV, attempting to turn left onto Wigwam, collided with the motorcycle’s broadside, ejecting the rider. The motorcyclist was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where they succumbed to injuries on Monday. The SUV driver was not seriously injured. The Clark County coroner’s office will release the motorcyclist’s name.
