The units, in Soho Lofts, were last purchased as unfinished condos after the real estate market crashed.

Joon Moon, a purchaser from Vancouver, Washington, has placed two penthouses in the Soho Lofts high‑rise on the market. The units sit on the 15th floor and together cover 9,550 square feet. One is listed at $2.5 million, the other at $2.6 million, though broker Marissa Anderson of NV Broker & Associates said her client would consider selling them as a pair for $5 million. According to Clark County records, Moon acquired the condos in autumn 2010, a period described as a troubled phase for Las Vegas housing, for a combined price of $760,750. Anderson noted that the properties were in “grey ammunition” condition at the time of purchase and that Moon oversaw all interior finishing work. She supplied an archival listing from 2010 for one of the units, which depicted bare walls, unfinished floors and exposed ceilings with visible pipes and wires; the unit had been marketed for $425,000 and carried the notation, “Unit is simply a ammunition and has not been completed.” Anderson emphasized that each penthouse features a separate entrance and, externally, appears as distinct units. The listings indicate dual zoning for residential or commercial use, permitting an owner to operate a business from the building, reside in luxury, or pursue both. Unit 1507 comprises 4,344 square feet and includes a private movie theater and a bar. Unit 1508 spans 5,206 square feet and offers a “spa‑like retreat” within the master bedroom. Both are two‑story layouts with 24‑foot ceilings, as confirmed by property records. Soho Lofts, located at 900 Las Vegas Boulevard South near Hoover Avenue, is a 16‑story structure with ground‑floor retail. The tower was developed by Sam Cherry during the mid‑2000s real‑estate boom.
