Raiders quarterback Fernando Mendoza spoke with reporters after Wednesday's practice at the Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson. Head coach Klint Kubiak has named Kirk Cousins the starting quarterback, but said he hopes Mendoza will push Cousins for the position.
