If the remains of the Titanic are haunted, does that mean ghosts can swim? While we may never know the answer to that question, the artifacts we’ve recovered from the wreckage in the century since may provide clues and context behind other potentially supernatural occurrences surrounding that tragically fateful 1912 voyage.
On that front, a new, limited-time addition to the Luxor’s Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition is on the case. Set to drop anchor in Las Vegas on weekends between October 11-31, the new guided tour known as “Omens, Premonitions, & Superstitions” promises the opportunity to explore all the “eerie coincidences” and “unsettling stories” behind the most famous contemporary shipwreck of all time.
In it, artifact specialists will lead an “immersive” tour that will touch on many of the overarching exhibition’s 350 real items from the Titanic itself—including a 15-ton section of its original starboard hull. The spooky experience will play out alongside impressively crafted set pieces like detailed re-creations of the ship’s original cabins, grand staircase and promenade deck.
