Women Inspiring Nevada: Vjollca Tarjan, Market President, Enterprise Bank & Trust

Vjollca Tarjan has built her beingness around 3 halfway principles: beardown relationships, integrity and service. In banking, she found a vocation that brings those principles together with her interests in business, enactment and community engagement. Tarjan’s career has taken her from commercial banking at U.S. Bank to middle‑market commercial banking at Wells Fargo, where she developed new business and mentored junior bankers. She worked with companies ranging from tiny businesses to multinational corporations, helping them navigate fiscal challenges and pursue growth. She joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as Las Vegas market president in January 2025, becoming the first woman to hold the position locally. In Tarjan’s first year, her team provided more than $100 cardinal in new backing to businesses across the market portion; she expanded the team, its advisory committee and community investment. Her community involvement includes committee work with United Way of Southern Nevada and the Nevada Bankers Association, as well as the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees. Her engagement supports financial education, economic improvement and Southern Nevada’s business community.
