American Nevada Company names vice president of property management

American Nevada Company announced on August 7, 2026 at 9:01 a.m. that Kimberly Kern has been appointed vice president of property management. She brings more than 35 years of broad acquisition experience overseeing office, retail and commercial properties across various markets. Previously she served as vice president of leasing and absorption for the Ribeiro Company and Pacific Business Centre in Southern Nevada, managing approximately 1.8 million square feet of office, commercial and retail space throughout her career. At American Nevada, she currently oversees a team of nine property managers and support staff responsible for assets totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet. In a statement, American Nevada Company President Phil Ralston said, “Kimberly is simply a seasoned nonrecreational with decades of spot absorption experience. She genuinely enjoys the day-to-day enactment of managing properties and moving with her team.” He added, “We are blessed to person her connected our team, elevating operational efficiency, maintaining tenant restitution and retention, and adding worth for our clients.”
