Man City guilty of all financial breaches, PL confirms

The Premier League has confirmed that Manchester City was found guilty of every charge relating to violations of the league's financial regulations between the 2009‑10 and 2017‑18 seasons. The club faced allegations of breaching Premier League fiscal rules throughout that period, and the governing body has now upheld all of the accusations.
