Paseo Verde’s Carsynn Meyer to be recognized in Baseball Hall of Fame

Carsynn Meyer is set to be enshrined in Cooperstown. After becoming the first U.S. girl to play in the Little League World Series championship, the Paseo Verde outfielder will be immortalized in the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Paseo Verde shared a letter from Jon Shestakofsky, vice president of communications and content for the Hall of Fame, expressing interest in displaying a portion of Meyer’s gear in Cooperstown, New York. Meyer is sending a signed pair of game‑worn batting gloves.
