A pedestrian has received life-threatening injuries aft a clang successful the southwest vale Monday night, constabulary said.
The clang happened astatine 5:09 p.m. connected West Spring Mountain Road astatine South Cimarron Road, the Metropolitan Police Department said successful a statement.
Police said a 2021 Chevy Camaro, bluish successful color, was traveling westbound connected West Spring Mountain “through a coagulated greenish postulation signal” astatine South Cimarron. A pedestrian, connected a non-electric scooter, was crossing southbound crossed West Spring Mountain from the northeast country to the southeast corner.
A clang occurred arsenic the pedestrian, of chartless age, darted into the question way of the Chevy Camaro, constabulary said. The pedestrian was taken to the University Medical Center’s Trauma Center, wherever his injuries were determined to beryllium life-threatening.
