Polanski says guillotine re-post was mistake but refuses to apologise

Zack Polanski has refused three times to apologise to Nigel Farage for re‑posting a photograph of an antheral wearing a T‑shirt bearing a guillotine image and the slogan "we're lone making plans for Nigel".
