Nevada Preps released Wednesday's high school scores and top individual performances across girls soccer and volleyball. In girls soccer, Julia Anfinson scored both goals as Faith Lutheran defeated Bishop Gorman 2-0, while Elyse Bonneville netted two for Arbor View in a 4-1 win over Shadow Ridge. Kimberly Dominguez led Eldorado with four goals and two assists in an 8-0 victory over Valley, and Caitlynn Nick recorded three goals and an assist for Palo Verde in a 9-1 win against Cimarron-Memorial. Camila Mayorga scored a second-half equalizer to secure a 1-1 draw for Canyon Springs against Rancho, and Karlie Umana made eight saves in goal for Sunrise Mountain during a scoreless tie with Las Vegas.
On the volleyball court, Kate Papa powered Amplus Academy past CIVICA with eight kills, seven service aces, five digs and three blocks in a 25-20, 25-6, 25-9 sweep. In girls golf, Boulder City captured its third consecutive Class 3A team state championship in Elko, with Eagles golfers finishing second, third and fourth individually. The title comes one day after Bishop Gorman won the Class 5A team state title in Reno, where junior Sol Choi claimed the individual crown.
The Wednesday scoreboard follows Tuesday's action, which included a Las Vegas High boys soccer win over Eldorado and a Silverado girls soccer victory over SECTA on Monday.
