Woman charged with juror intimidation in Lindsay Clancy trial

Dawn Light, 56, was arrested for taking photographs of jury members outside the Plymouth courthouse during the Lindsay Clancy trial and has been charged with aggravated intimidation of a juror. Authorities say she positioned herself in a restricted area outside the courthouse on Tuesday and captured images of jurors as they left the building. Her attorney characterized the incident as a misunderstanding, noting that Light pleaded not guilty to the charges. Lindsay Clancy, 36, faces charges of murdering her three children. The jury has been deliberating the case since Thursday. During Light’s court appearance on Wednesday, Massachusetts prosecutors warned that her conduct threatened the integrity of the judicial process. Light, a registered caregiver with no prior criminal record, was ordered to stay away from the courthouse grounds and from anyone connected to the Clancy case. She was also prohibited from possessing or distributing any photographs that might have been stored on iCloud. Prosecutors requested a $50,000 (£37,000) cash bond, which the judge denied.
