Stepping through the moon gate at Genting Palace sets the tone for an elegant Cantonese dining experience, where refined Chinese motifs and plush seating create an elevated atmosphere. The menu reflects balance, with dishes like apple-wood smoked soy sauce chicken, Macau-style crispy pork belly, roasted Chilean sea bass with fried ginger and the richly layered Yang Chow fried rice with house XO sauce. Guests can explore a range of seafood, noodle and vegetable dishes. The restaurant launched its new Dim Sum Brunch every Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., offering handcrafted dumplings and delicate small plates that highlight the artistry of Cantonese cuisine. Led by Chef Tal Ronnen and Executive Chef Scott Okazaki, Crossroads continues to deliver the elevated dishes that made the Los Angeles original a standout. Among the standouts are figs and feta finished with white balsamic, truffle-dusted mushroom arancini, and celery root tartare paired with Granny Smith apples and dill pickle potato chips.
