Henderson homeowners want builder to fix houses they say turned pink

A group of Henderson homeowners says they are preparing to take legal action against Century Communities after multiple homes in the Inspirada neighborhood turned pink, a discoloration they attribute to a paint defect. Robert Nanos, who bought his home on Stanza Street near Bicentennial Parkway and Via Firenze from Century Communities in 2018, said the house was originally beige but has faded due to years of sun exposure. Nanos noted that his residence is one of at least 11 properties built by Century Communities in Henderson that have exhibited the same pink hue.
