Las Vegas police launch homicide probe after 2 found dead August 27, 2026 - 11:12 pm The Metropolitan Police Department has opened a homicide investigation after two bodies were discovered. The remains were located near the 5000 block of West Reno Avenue, close to the intersection of West Tropicana Avenue and South Decatur Boulevard, during the evening of Thursday.
