Littler hires Cayla Witty as special counsel

Littler, the world's largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Cayla Witty as special counsel in its Las Vegas office. The hire continues the firm's strategic expansion in the local market.

Witty brings more than a decade of experience advising employers on labor and employment matters. Her background includes workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment claims, performance management, ADA compliance, and employee accommodations, as well as representation in litigation and appellate proceedings.

She previously served as a staff attorney for the Nevada Court of Appeals and holds SHRM-SCP certification. The firm says her combined legal and human resources experience helps employers navigate complex workplace challenges with practical, risk-conscious guidance.
