Isaac Manriquez, 17, appeared in Las Vegas Justice Court Thursday morning and will be charged as an adult in connection with the deadly shooting at First Friday. He was arrested Tuesday and booked into juvenile hall on charges of murder with a deadly weapon and two counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon. Manriquez is being held without bail.

Police said the shooting occurred near South Main Street and West Charleston Boulevard. Manriquez fled the scene after opening fire, which resulted in the death of 15-year-old Carth Onasi Jacobs-Rogers and injuries to two others. Witness cell phone video showed the suspect with hair, but he was taken into custody with a shaved head.

Sources told 8 News Now Investigators that Manriquez has a history in the juvenile justice system and had been on probation at one point. They also said the feud was gang-related. Manriquez first appeared in a juvenile courtroom Wednesday morning, where he said, 'I love you, mom,' as officers walked him out of the room. A woman responded, 'I love you.' He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
