MUSIC: JACKPOT The electronic dance music scene has found a strong ally in the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, where some of the best raves in the city have popped off. The outdoor venue has hosted wild b2bs with Tchami and Malaa and career-defining sets by Wooli, but RVLTN Events’ Jackpot NYE remains the EDM event of the season. In previous years, heavy hitters like Deadmau5, Deorro and Black Tiger Sex Machine have graced the Jackpot stage and this edition raises the stakes. Drum-and-bass duo Zeds Dead and dubstep producer Subtronics both released new projects this year and will lead the lineup, alongside EDM notables Getter, Liquid Stranger, Kompany, Svdden Death, Capochino, Calcium and many more.
