Watch: BBC visits village swept away by deadly floods

BBC correspondent Azadeh Moshiri traveled to Betrawati, a village situated on the Nepal‑Tibet border, one week after flash floods devastated the region. According to Nepal’s catastrophe agency, the disaster resulted in the deaths of more than 1,000 people and left around 4,000 others missing. Moshiri spoke with a local resident who is still awaiting word on his wife’s fate as search and rescue efforts persist.
